 1. Portfolio + Warchest hitting 70k (End 2018) - Achieved!

2. Portfolio + Warchest hitting 100k (End 2019) - Achieved (Mar 2019) !

3. 125k Networth (End 2019) - Achieved!

4. Portfolio + Warchest hitting 180k (End 2020) - Achieved (Oct 2020)!

5. Portfolio + Warchest hitting 250k by Age 28 (End 2022)

Eventual Goal: Portfolio with a safe withdrawal rate of 4% and 50k annual passive income.

    Wish I have your mindset at such a tender age. My journey only started at 26 and reaching 100k at 30. Good job!
    Based on experience, the subsequent amount I believe it will compound rather quickly.
